The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 10 years' experience in coal procurement is mandatory, with a strong preference for candidates who have previously handled coal procurement for thermal power plants.

Knowledge of coal logistics management, as well as familiarity with tax treatment and customs clearance processes, is imperative. Additionally, strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for coal qualities and cost testing procedures are prerequisites for this role.
